Q: What is reciprocity?

Due to a uniform set of credentialing standards, certified individuals can move their certification to a number of states, countries, the armed services, and the District of Columbia. Reciprocal boards are located in over 40 states, 12 countries, the U.S. Army, Air force, Navy, and Marines. Other reciprocal boards include the Indian Health Services, and the U.S. Administration Office of the Courts.

Rush Processing Fee Per Credential- APPLICATIONS MUST BE POSTMARKED BY 8/30 OF THE RENWAL YEAR REGUARLESS OF THE 9/30 EXPIRATION unless the applicant wishes to pay a rush processing fee of $75.00. This allows for applications to be processed before the expiration. There are NO exceptions. All objections, grievances, and appeals can be filed in writing with the board of directors as opposed to verbal arguments with our volunteer office staff.

Methods of payments include credit/debit card through the WVCBAPP website PayPal account (convenience fees apply), check, or money order made out to the WVCBAPP and mailed to our office. Our mailing address is 436 12th Street, Suite C, Dunbar WV 25064.
